Spacious, comfortable and neat room with all necessary amenities. Plenty of space, storage and areas to sit and rest. Large sofa and both indoor and outdoor table and chairs. The full-size fridge freezer with tempting bar fridge items is a welcome inclusion to the kitchenette of microwave, kettle, toaster and sink. Room service for both dinner and breakfast was amazing. Great, tasty food, reasonably priced with prompt and friendly service. Bed and linen were comfortable and the ensuite was of a good size. We will definitely stay here again, excellent accommodation.

We had a ground floor apartment and was able to park outside the room. It looks like it has recently been modernised. Room decor was good with a small patio with tables & chair outside; very close to swimming pool which looked very inviting. Although the restaurant was closed, you could still order an evening meal or breakfast which would be delivered to your room. The beds were comfortable and there were blackout curtains. Great for a couple of nights and would return.

Good sized and clean rooms. We had a family group with 3 different rooms - a queen + single suite, a queen +2 x single family room, and a standard queen room. All were clean and comfortable with plenty of room. We appreciated that we were all positioned quite close to each other. The room service pizzas were very tasty.

Grammar View is located on Margaret Street that runs directly into the CBD, but the actual location is lovely and quiet and very pretty. Very close to Queens Park. Great bathroom with a big shower.

The room service meal I had was the rump steak and it was cooked to perfection. The area was also relatively quiet. Overall an excellent stay for the price and I would stay again.
