Good sized and clean rooms. We had a family group with 3 different rooms - a queen + single suite, a queen +2 x single family room, and a standard queen room. All were clean and comfortable with plenty of room. We appreciated that we were all positioned quite close to each other. The room service pizzas were very tasty.

We were upgraded to a suite with undercover parking. The apartment was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Grammar View is located on Margaret Street that runs directly into the CBD, but the actual location is lovely and quiet and very pretty. Very close to Queens Park. Great bathroom with a big shower.

Nice room size and very clean. The shampoo and conditioner supplied was great quality and made your hair so soft . There is room service each day where they come in and make the beds and clean .

Great location in a nice part of town and close to the main shopping centre, hospital and medical centres. Room was clean and fresh. Parking on site close to rooms is very handy. The on-site restaurant had good room service and dine in options. The dining table in the room is also great. Bathroom was clean even though a bit out dated.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable. I was on the end of the top floor, so it was quiet without a lot of guests walking along outside. All amenities were good and it was lovely and clean.

We had a ground floor apartment and was able to park outside the room. It looks like it has recently been modernised. Room decor was good with a small patio with tables & chair outside; very close to swimming pool which looked very inviting. Although the restaurant was closed, you could still order an evening meal or breakfast which would be delivered to your room. The beds were comfortable and there were blackout curtains. Great for a couple of nights and would return.

I travel a lot and the welcome was head and shoulders above my experience to date. Lovely and happy owner welcoming us. Best night sleep in a comfortable bed, quite and spacious room.
